opencv/4.5.0 is now in the Conan Center Index. Please re-open a new PR there if the changes are still desired |

opencv on conan center is not a full replacement, because it does not have the ffmpeg option yet, so this recipe should probably have at list a minimal maintenance |

The name of the relevant option in the opencv package is
tiffand notlibtiff(not sure how this was previously working but breaks with Conan 1.28.1 - can't see anything relevant in the latest Conan changelog)
