Windows and Windows Phone samples for the Xamarin.Forms for Windows PREVIEW.

The samples come from xamarin-forms-samples. Changes made for Windows compatibility:

• Updated PCL Profile ^
• Added Windows project ^
• Added Windows Phone 8.1 project ^
• Copied image and file resources across to new projects (where required)

Most of these sample relate to the Xamarin.Forms docs.
