Fix a recipe lint bug introduced by #162 .
Rattler-build supports nested
if / then / elseYAML conditionnal selectors, but conda smithy linter does not.The question of official support in new recipe format standard is still open (see conda-forge/conda-smithy#2109 ).
For now, we fix the linter by switching to one-lined selectors.
