Description
conda 23.9 will ship a new
register_envsoption (see conda/conda#12924). This PR exposes that toconstructor. This is not yet released (we need it in conda-standalone too), and micromamba doesn't have it (yet? see mamba-org/mamba#2783). Adding this now so I don't forget :DChecklist - did you ...
