Kafka store abstraction

This commit is a small commit to ensure that the KafkaSchemaRegistry class is only used from a limited number of places and that the SchemaRegistry interface is used. This would make the interface useful for being able to create Mock schema registry or concrete non-Kafka based Schema implementations.
