When the port is 443, also save credentials without port #3766

Fix #3748

Other clients cannot be expected to be smart wrt implied ports. This is the case for buildctl which considers that domain.com is different from domain.com:443.

Saving credentials in both variants will improve compatibility with other clis.

We should consider this for the next patch release. The issue is important.
