DESIDERATA:

• Users of virtualenv should find the basic operations of containenv intuitive. The basic operations are containenv init and contain.
• A User should be able to use containenv in a transparent fashion, similar to the virtualenv process, without any knowledge of containerization technologies.
• A User of containerization technologies e.g. "rkt" or "docker" should be able to use the products of containenv commands, to achieve containenv-like goals, with no knowledge of containenv.
• Implicit in the previous goal is that containenv should support (or at least be extensible to support) multiple containerization techs.
