Fedora: add fedora-37

Even though this went EOL on 05 Dec 2023 https://endoflife.date/fedora Let us add it for now as we update distro versions. Drop python (python2). If you still need it, build your own containers. Signed-off-by: Tim Orling <[email protected]>
