Description of your changes

This PR simply adds an empty commit to main so we don't tag the release-0.4 branch with the same commit that is in main.

Similar to the process in https://github.com/crossplane/release/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/release.md

I have:

  • Read and followed Crossplane's contribution process.
  • Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.

How has this code been tested

It's an empty commit, it hasn't been outside of CI 😉
