This release combines the latest updates to the source code.
PoGo is now capable running with Ensembl and Gencode data alike. Additionally, custom annotation files do not require CDS entries in the GTF file to be ordered in translation direction anymore. CDS entries can not also be used correctly when sorted based on ascending coordinate order.
