- Updated the provisioning of JCasC and Groovy scripts via `tgz` tarball - Updated install script to handle `configs.tgz` tarball with appropriate `jenkins` user/usergrp permissions - Updated GitHub actions `build` workflow to create a tarball for build pipeline. Fixes issue #38
