* Upgrade to 1.1.3

* Bump xml2js and parse-bmfont-xml

Bumps [xml2js](https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js) and [parse-bmfont-xml](https://github.com/mattdesl/parse-bmfont-xml). These dependencies needed to be updated together.
