I think as I said offline, I think this would work well as a mixin. I'd be happy to approve some refactoring like that |

The goal of the pull request is to separate the logic of price oracle and eventually introduce the possibility of writing custom price oracles.
This is useful for experiments with external oracles such as Chainlink, or even private oracles for Semi-automatic market-making strategies.
This is a work-in-progress.
