In review and rebuttal mode, we use the "lineno" package for numbering lines. When switching to a different mode, the "`\@LN`" macro may remain in cached `.aux` files, leading to build errors (#49). Defining the macro as empty fixes that (https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/125779).
