This will simplify documentation and adding various versions of deployment scripts the cylon that are more targeted to different installs. It will clean up the main directory as all deployment description and scripts are now coordinated in the target subdirectory. THis will aslo make review of contributions easier, as they all files related to target can more easily be seen in the pull request while they all are prepended with target/
