Changes since 2.0-alpha3:
Fix possible crashes when using separate thread.
Fix device selection by id.
Refactor options in: BandResampler, TimeResampler, Spectrogram, Waveform, BandCascadeTransformer, UniformBlur, ValueTransformer.
Change option names in transforms.
Add chain syntax for handlers.
Remove MagicNumber option, which were previously used for breaking changes handling.
