The current documentation for Sysdig Cloud suggests allocating a CPU.
This change updates the spec to match the documentation.

@yankcrime Thank you for kicking off the build. Given my change, I didn't anticipate a build failure, but I see that the ci check failed. I cannot see the failure details -- is there something that I need to do to resolve the failure?
