Add assemyaml binary

Upgrade to using Wheels so we get the assemyaml binary in PyPI.

Support for unknown tags (e.g. CloudFormation)

Any unknown tags are now passed through to the output. This makes it possible to use assemyaml as a preprocessing step for CloudFormation templates.
