By using the same TLS libraries as the AWS SDK, this gets rid of some dependencies, and the resulting binaries should be more portable on Linux, as they no longer dynamically link OpenSSL.
Strangely, on macOS, this change causes the final binaries to be a couple hundred KiB larger in both debug and release mode.
