Removes [path-to-regexp](https://github.com/pillarjs/path-to-regexp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@clerk/nextjs](https://github.com/clerk/javascript/tree/HEAD/packages/nextjs). These dependencies need to be updated together.
