feat(Analytics) Allow dateRangeField to be configurable for timeSeries chart

We have a requirement within our company's fork to configure the dateRangeField instead of using the default timestamp field. Added a new overloaded method which accepts the dateRangeField and left the existing signature as is which defaults to timestamp field.
