Enhanced `helper-sentry`

Expose more functionality: setUser and addBreadcrumb.
Click breadcrumbs now have text of the clicked element
Breadcrumbs of failed requests now have response.
Now we add every redux action captured as breadcrumb.
Turn off threshold of sending reports.
