Phase d'initialisation.

1. télécharger et installer vagrant https://www.vagrantup.com/downloads.html
2. Cloner le projet https://github.com/davidmeimoun/vagrant_PSI
3. Ouvrez un terminal de commande cmd, et rendez vous dans le répertoire vagrant_PSI
4. tapez $ vagrant up
5. lancez votre serveur et rendez vous sur l'url localhost:8085/PSI/web/index.php
