needs google map api and google autocomplete plugin for auto complete feature on (from and to) location field of the form. download the zip file and upload it at the admin dashboard. then check shortcode on the dashbord ie check left menu on the custom-plugin and as admin you will be able to delete, view users track-cost data. each user will see and delete his own data.
