Update dbt-support.md (#5274)

Update link to consulting partner directory and clarify wording

## What are you changing in this pull request and why?
I'm removing the word "Preferred" from our link to the partner directory
because our partner tiers currently encompass multiple tiers, of which
Preferred is just one. Also
