Installing Lifestream from the WP-admin section is very simple, if fact it can be done in 5 steps.

Step 1:
Login to your Wordpress Admin section of your website.

Step 2:
Click “Plugins” > “Add new”

Step 3:
Type in “Lifestream” in the search box. (Without the quote marks)

Step 4:
Look for the first item called Lifestream and click install on the right hand side.

A window will pop up and click install again.

Step 5:
Type in your FTP details and click install.

Once installed all you need to do on the next page is activate the plugin.

Manual Installing Lifestream (advanced)

Step 1:
Visit the download page at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/lifestream/ and download the latest version.
Note: You can also download the latest beta version from gethub

Step 2:
Upload the contents to your wordpress directory at wp-content/plugins/ via your favorite FTP method

Step 3: Visit the plugin page inside of WP-Admin and activate the plugin
