1. Travel and exposure while traveling …

   In this revision, we made a commitment to using the "travel FoI"
   
   + The function `traveling` is now called in Blood Feeding to set pars$time_traveling
   
   + time_traveling reduces local time at risk, but it is used again to estimate the FoI do to exposure while traveling
   
   + Exposure while traveling is now a function travel_eir with a mean, seasonal signal and trend
