Fixes:

Ensure the OpenAL runtime is installed on Windows. (Needed for sound.)
Ensure CPU clock is reset when the machine is reset.

Other:

Reduce CPU load when keeping the Z80 synced with real-time.

Experiments:

Retro fire effect.
