30 Day Notice of Modification to Project or Working Group Charters

• Description: Clarifies that members will be given advanced, explicit notice of changes to the legal terms of Project/WG Charters.
• Time of Consensus: Friday, May 19 2017 at 11:27 AM PDT
• Details: Any modification to the legal terms of the DIF Project Charter or any of the DIF Working Group Charters will be posted to the DIF mailing list and the DIF organization’s GitHub repo 30 days prior to coming into effect. Modifications not included under this notification requirement: Working Group scopes, operational logistics, functional work streams, and other course-of-business operations not described in the Project Charter or Working Group Charters.
