Star SUDOKU ver. 1.0

This release includes the following improvements

• Use Gradle as a build system
• Use the standard directory layout
• Change the package name to com.devng.starsudoku
• Adjust the documentation
• Add Launch4J configuration and a launch4j Gradle task
  • An Windows EXE file can now be generated
• Small code improvements
• Remove the web page source folder, since there is no web page anymore
• Update the .gitignore file

Move the project from sourceforge to GitHub

This is the same version from 2006.
It was hosted on sourceforge and now it is on GitHub.
It also includes the webpage files
