Changed the home positions for all axis and max speed / acceleration for A axis.
…into Michelle-Hertel
Changed max speed, homing distances and step time.
Changed distance to home for Z axis
Deleted Use Index on A Axis
Commented out Program stop pin while not connected.
Changed settings from matching that of the Michelle branch to match the settings on the BBEY1307 machine. (Home distances, Motor polarity)
Typed in some changes!

Tested that it will load in gui properly.
