Improved cli

Added new cli flags

Pretty : this command allows you to enable improved logging
Query : this allows you to disable database modifications (does not completely disable db interaction)

Also,
bug improvements, better test coverage, and general improvements.

Initial functional release

This is the initial functioning release that has RDS support.
