The project has been split into modules to allow the removal of Geotools dependency for the R package (and thus ship a light Jar with the package). This has almost no impact on the Java side, except for slight API changes.

There is no change for the CLI, except that the file is now called "flsgen-cli-1.2.0.jar"

A "IS_SQUARE" option was also added to generate landscapes only made of square patches.
