doc: Enable doxygen generation to pages (#34)

* Start adding Doxygen and Sphinx support

* Preliminary documentation for all classes

* Give up on sphinx

* More images in docs

* More docs

* Add main page documentation

* Deploy documentation to github pages

* Remove dependency on breathe
