First official full-featured build

Major changes:

• main.rs moved to /src/bin. Second data-transformer binary added (not used yet, subsequent commit coming to fill that out)
• Updated readme to reflect new structure and cmd args
• Full rendering capabilities in any orientation (including poles and coordinate space boundaries) are now operational.

The renderer is quite slow right now (~10s per run). Optimizations pre-run should enable us to get to sub-.5s rendering speeds.
