I've moved the engine tests out into their own repo (https://github.com/dogmatiq/enginekit/tree/main/enginetest), so this PR is now just the addition of the test that invokes those shared tests. |

This PR adds engine acceptence tests as implemented in
dogmatiq/enginekit.Why make this change?
We are doing this in preparation for implementing the Veracity engine, to ensure that it continues to behaves the same as both
testkitandverity.
