Enable NativeAOT, add more docs.

• Enables NativeAOT support for FishyFlip. There is a trimming warning from PeterO.Cbor but based on usage I think it should be save based on our usage. The other dependencies seem fine.
• Add more comments and docs. Note that I did use Copilot to help so some of them may be kinda weird. But I think it's a good start.
• Turn on Warnings as Errors, which should force me to add more comments and docs ;-).
