Study API to reminder incomming alerts managed by users, and also add manualy lessons made by learner, in order to track how much each user spent by day/week/monthly

To start your Phoenix server:
- On the root folder of this project run
docker-compose up - Install dependencies with
mix deps.get - Create and migrate your database with
mix ecto.setup - Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phx.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
