I want to add a pre-page loader.

1. A pre page loader that loads for few seconds and finally navigates you to the main webpage.
   A official page loader of Google developers students club will be added which will load for 4-5 sec and will finally take
   you to the main page.

2. I also want to add the button for the navigation from the down page to up side of the page.
   which would look like this
