According to the issue highlighted by me under #97.
I Added a pre-page loader which loads for 2-3 sec with an official image of google and finally takes you to the main GDSC website and also added a top navigation button in the bottom right corner, which takes to the top of the page on clicking on it it also hovers.
As suggested , I had made the necessary changes and made it bit more interactive , pls do merge it

Also pls do label it with hacktoberfest and Hacktoberfest-Accepted labels.
