토비의 스프링 4장 예외 정리입니다.

👀 새롭게 배운 점

바람직한 예외 처리 방법에 대해 알게되었다.
스프링을 사용할 때 예외처리에 대한 부분도 항상 신경쓰며 개발해야겠다는 생각이 들었다.
