Install extra packages:

pip install easygui mrcfile

How to run

• python mrc_napari_viewer.py
• Double click it!
• python mrc_napari_viewer.py --i /path/to/file.mrc

Possible usage:

• Fast preview MRCS stacks
• Pick in 3D volumes (might be helpful for cryo-ET)
• Preview of MRC volume files and 2D classes
• More ideas soon!
