Description

This PR use a new eProsima-CI action to install Qt. This migration has been done in order to reach better scalability setting all the external action in the CI repo, so any change required in the action only needs to be done there.

Related PRs:

Note: As part of a CI update, this PR needs to be backported also to 2.6.x.
