move /docs/_img files to /static/img folder #1

this is the way docusaurus recommends storing images, and gives an easier way to reference the images in the markdown. This also allows you to reference the image directly as a url.

Hello!
I started this PR to help with earthstar-project/earthstar issue #120. The README in that repo still uses images in the docs folder because the images were not accessible via https://earthstar-docs.netlify.app. I believe this is due to them being in a different directory from what docusaurus expects. Images in the /static/img directory are accessible via that url, for example:
And so if it is a help, I moved the images in
/docs/_imgto/static/img, updated any references to the old location, and removed the/docs/_imgfolder.I also converted the earthstar logo to a favicon, to use that instead of the default dinosaur.
