TSO500_vep_config file was renamed by using git mv to increase version in the filename (i.e. from v1.2.11 to v1.2.12). Within the file:

  • config_version was updated from v1.2.11 to v1.2.12
  • ClinVar files file_id and index_id were updated to point to the most recent ClinVar annotation files (file-GvF2VX8433pFPFJ82B699Q2f and file-GvF2X304gx81FgJpgF7B7Z3j)
  • README file was updated to point to the correct ClinVar files.
