Put some documentation in a better location Don't include compiled samples (but rater cpp files)
Patch no longer needed to build. Dependency is now on paho-c v1.3.8, released at about the same time

Moving the files still made rpmlint complain, so fix it up earlier

Update the bundled spec file to support versions, 1.1 and 1.2.0
The 1.1 version requires a patch (included)
Rather than compiling example code, put it with docs
Tested against fedora 32, 33, and 34
