This is a collection of frequently asked questions (FAQs) about EFB Telegram Master Channel (ETM). This will be updated in a irregular pace. You are also welcomed to contribute to this article.

Q: How to backup linkages in ETM?

All data for the EFB framework and its components is stored in EFB_DATA_PATH, which defaults to $HOME/.ehforwarderbot. In general, backing up this folder will back up all the relevant data of all profiles. For details, please refer to the related section in EFB docs.

To back up only the ETM linkages, you can directly back up the database files. This, by default, is located at $HOME/.ehforwarderbot/profiles/default/blueset.telegram/tgdata.db, and varies depending on your profile and instance ID. This database stores all the linkages, message history, and chat info cache of Slave Channels.
