eathread_pthread_stack_info.cpp in both Kettle and unix folders causes the MSVC compiler to complain.
Renaming them to _kettle and _unix removes the warning.

Does that happen when you generate a Visual Studio project? I don't have this issue when building with ninja.

It's a general issue with msbuild, if you have two translation units with the same name in a project it's not supported.
