this pull request modifies the directory structure to keep the core ontology file in the root and create a separate modules/ directory for supporting and/or extending files. The naming conventions are also updated so that electrochemicalqualtities.ttl becomes modules/quantities.ttl. This is done for simplicity and consistency.
