We want to share anonymous, aggregate numbers of our data openly with the Humanitarian Data Exchange portal. This entails us creating a dataset view from our collected data that is formatted with their custom data standard called HXL.

As a start, our formatted data will be fed into their open source HXL Proxy API which can be used as a public, HXL-friendly API. We will build simple frontend clients as Proof of Concepts that we can visualise Draw My Life data we query from this HXL Proxy API.
